Where do you ship?
All products, apart from the Bond Touch bracelet (limited to US, Canada, Australia and UK), ship worldwide.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation of my order?
If it has been 24 hours since you placed an order and you have received no email or SMS text message please send an email to email@example.com and we can assist. Our contact number is: +1202-545-0789 for any queries.
How long is shipping?
All shipments are free of charge and vary from 2-4 weeks, depending on the delivery address. Packages are sent out within 24-48 hours of ordering.
Can I change my order?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 24 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.
How do I track my order?
If you wish to track your order, please just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with our order number and we will update you.
When do you restock products?
Unfortunately, we do not restock all of our items. However, we do restock popular products within 2-3 weeks after they sell out.
How do I return or exchange an order?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. After confirmation, we will send instructions on how to proceed that are specific to your order.
